Every landlord on a Stone Capital management mandate receives full access to the Stone Capital Asset Intelligence Platform (SCAIP) — our proprietary cloud-based owner portal. This is not a bolt-on reporting tool. It is the operational backbone of how we manage your asset, and your window into everything we do.

What you see in real time: Live income and collection dashboards, arrears ageing by tenant, maintenance job cards with contractor invoices and completion photographs, lease expiry calendars, and automated alerts when a key metric falls outside your agreed parameters.

Monthly reporting: A detailed PDF income statement is delivered to your inbox on the 5th of every month. No chasing your manager. No waiting until the 15th. The report covers gross rental billed, arrears, net collected income, all maintenance expenditure (itemised to contractor level), and a narrative manager's commentary covering vacancy, arrears strategy and lease renewal status.

Benchmark data: SCAIP includes a rental benchmarking module that compares your current rental rates against comparable properties transacting in your node. This is particularly valuable at lease renewal time, ensuring you neither under-rent (leaving money on the table) nor over-price (extending vacancy).
